Generally drivers for keyboard is not required for its useage. If you can specify the model number, I can try to search the driver for you.

Visit the dell website or contact dell for the drivers.

I just went through this as well, and found a (free) working driver here-

Download the driver and install it, then reboot the computer. It will say "found new hardware". Manually install the driver by telling it to browse to the location of the *.inf file you just unzipped moments before. Even recognizes the smart/CAC card. ^_^
