PowerEdge 4200 RAID 5 - 2 out of 4 failed.

Hi,
If two drives have failed out of a RAID 5 array, unfortunately i'm pretty sure that means that the array has degraded beyond its redundancy level.
Advanced data recovery may be able to help with getting your data back, but I wouldn't pin your hopes on it. Once two discs fail, the array becomes degraded, and the data is irrecoverable.
Did you manage to make a backup before the drive(s) died?

I have a poweredge 4200 which has a pedge error in

If you're getting this error message very frequently then change the hard drive connector to any different available SCSI port on the motherboard. This issue is generally caused due to a problem in the SCSI port on the mobo.

To stop the Beep alert, click Start button, Control Panel, Sound devices.

In the sound properties window, click on the Sound tab, then select and highlight the "Default Beep" under the Program Events section then select "NONE" from the drop down under the Sounds section then click Apply and OK.

Then, restart the Computer for the changes to take effect.

Power is 2950 i912 sel full

Namrata_stha, The I912 error is referring to the System Event Log is full of events and because of this is unable to log anymore. You must clear the log in order for the Server Management controller to log any more events. Now depending on the OS installed there are different ways to clear it. If Windows Server 2k8 you would use this command - wevtutil el ' foreach { wevtutil cl $_ } Where with Server 2003 you can go tot he Event viewer and clear it. Let me know if this helps.

Dell poweredge t105 freezes at boot

You will have to get into the controlled setup in order to find out what the problem is, or you can simply hit ctrl-D and do the Dell disk diagnostics which will take an hour or more, but will give you an idea of where to start. Logically, if it won't boot, then your RAID is probably broken. it can sometimes be repaired through either the RAID or controller setup menu, which you can see during boot. go here, for the manuals and documentation on how to do that: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/poweredge-t105/manuals
