My computer crashes and freezes when I start playing games on facebook

There are several possibilities this problem depending on what browser you are using. I would suggest updating Adobe Flash to the latest version and restarting your computer. If it still is not working try an alternative browser such as Firefox or Chrome.I hope that helps.

It can be 2 things: Or the screen is dying, or the graphics card is dying. Try to start up with an external screen and see if it still blinks. When its still blinking on the external screen, your graphics card is dying, if the external screen shows no issue, then your screen is dying.

My dell inspiron 8200 is protected by a password authentication system and it is telling me to enter the primary or administrative password which i dont remember. how can i obtain this password?

In windows operating system all the passwords (administrative, guest or user) are stored in encrypted form so it is not possible to recover (or obtain) them. In such situation the only option you have is to reset it either by using password reset disk or by password recovery software (click http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Reset+Windows+Password+stellar to search password reset software).

Return my dell-inspiron to factoy settings

Boot up with a Dell Recovery CD to format your hard disk and install a fresh copy of Windows on your laptop. If you do not have a Recovery CD for your model laptop then you can get one from the Dell WEB site. You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this link to download the drivers: - http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen

I have a used Dell

Severe corruption. Since you can no longer boot in any way in it it's going to be extremely hard to fix it. Better just reinstall Windows from scratch. Use the recovery cd that should have come with the laptop. If you don't have it then just use a disk borrowed from a friend and the key on the label.

Screen resolution change = black border around small screen

Once you change the resolution to a smaller size and you see the black border, go into the monitor's menu and there should be settings for the Horizontal and Vertical size/position. Adjust those until it looks correct.

I hope this helps :)
