Good morning, my Konica Minolta 190f says:please call service 001,what will I do to resolve this
Error code 001 is a generic service call error, and it could be related to various problems within the printer.To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Power Cycle: Start by turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, and waiting for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can clear temporary glitches.
- Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no paper jams or any obstructions inside the printer that may be causing the error. Clear any paper jams carefully if you find any.
- Reset Printer: Look for a reset button or a specific key combination in the printer's manual or documentation. Try resetting the printer to its default settings to see if the error clears.
Please help me with the code for replace toner on Konica Minolta 190f
- As the title says, we have a 190F which shows out of toner. Have replace toner cartridge (often), main board and both sensors that detect toner in the cartridge, has anyone else had this on this lovely machine!
- Every new toner contains a little fuse (it is under two tiny contacts). When the user put the new toner into the printer, the fuse blows and the printer detects in this way that it has a new toner in; so if the toner has been for any reason only a moment into the printer cannot reset the message of add new toner.
- You can test the continuity between the contacts.
Solution A: put in a brand new toner and use the other(s) first of the natural end (so the message is not yet displayed)
Solution B: find a pico fuse of the same value and put it place. (if you are a tech you know the value, it the same in fuser or TBU ). Aldo
