push down, slide out, pull tapes and fixtures off new unit(s) and replace. These IU's have chips in them to keep track of life. Another option instead of replacing the unit is to buy just the chip and replace it on the old image unit. This depends on the condition of the existing unit(s).

sounds like the sleep timer is activating before the boot is finished try touching the screen and then switch the timer up or if it networked go to the machine web page and turn the timers up from there then try again
To change language: Press "Utility/Counter" Press number 2 key, then number 1, then number 1 again. This will get you to the language selection without having to read the screen. Once there select your language. If this does not correct the problem, you may have a board or Nav Ram problem and should contact someone for service.
Possibly a dirty main charge wire on the black drum unit. Open the front door and locate a small light blue knob on the black drum unit. If you you pull that knob in and out of the drum unit it will clean the charge wire. If this doesn't you may hve to replace the drum unit.
you may have to get into the printer settings on your PC and tell the printer it has a new cartridge installed. the easiest way is to open the computer folder and right click your printer and select properties. you can also go to start-control panel-hardware and sound and select view devices and printers then right click your printer and either select printer properties or troubleshoot. troubleshoot may give you an answer or idea how to correct the toner issue
