Konica Minolta Bizhub C452 Copier Questions & Answers
Konica Minolta bizhub c452 makes clicking / ticking noise. also has color streaking.
The ticking noise your hearing is VERY common on the C452, C552 & C652 models. Normally it is accompanied by a slight squeak that will get worse as well. There are numerous articles that cover this but the ticking is either coming from the fuser drive assembly (just inside the right hand door on the right below the exit drive assembly) or the exit drive assembly itself. If your mechanically inclined the problem can be found with one of the gears being worn on the shaft it turns on and becoming oblong. You will need to contact a service tech or dealer for parts since you can only get them from Konica. I hope this helps!
How to remove error c-3B02
If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. Either of two parts bad the High Current Assemble or the Fuser GET A TECH OUT TO LOOK AT IT.
Procedure:
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Hot to fix the error c 2257
Cleaning motor failure I first remove the waste toner box and transfer belt and ensure both have clean and operating toner gears systems You might have some hard toner stuck in the aggruor system that the cleaning motor (M38) runs, hopefully it did not burn the motor out or worse damage the control board that controls it. If your not sure a get a tech out to look at it. IS the waste box properly installed? new one installed? Transfer belt new? Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Error code c2557
The code references an abnormal low toner density in the black IU.
Check the toner bottle to ensure that it is feeding toner into the sub hopper unit under the bottle. Sometimes users will insert the bottle incorrectly and not lock it properly in place...the lever on the front of the toner hopper for that bottle is moved down to the left to remove and insert the bottle. When moved to the upper position, it both locks the bottle in place and opens a cover on the bottom of the bottle.
It is possible the toner hopper itself is not functioning as well. Either the motor drive is not working, that is, broken, or there is a problem with the printer control board that it is connected to. This is a rare problem and not very likely.
Also, it is possible the image unit itself is defective...the sensor could be at fault...or its not pushed in correctly to make an electrical connection.
