believe it or not ! you can find nearly all things of this nature on ebay,& for not a lot of cash to boot. yeh hey!!

The humming noise could be a earth loop problem. This is caused by having the speakers/sub woofer connected to one power point and the computer connected to a different power point. To eliminate earth loop problems, connect both the speakers/sub woofer and computer to only one power point. Connect all your equipment to one power point using a power board.

if your computer came with a motherboard disk the sound drivers could be on it control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustments there or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound video and game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers hope this helps

I have the Mli691 speakers and need a power cord. Where do I find one?

It is clear in your statement that your speaker is not working anymore. Consider opening it and then check the wiring inside the speaker if it has lost connection and solder it.

Otherwise buy a new one this will get raid of the problem completely.

Normally most of the speakers come along with 12V DC adapter. Try with 12V DC converter for the same will solve your problem.

If you look on the back of the speaker with the power plug on it it might just tell you what voltage and polarity it needs.

You could try CabletoGo.com. They usually have just about every replacement power supply available for sale or can guide you on where to purchase. Hope this helps.
