You may have tried these but I post just in case. 0000 & 8899. Read it in a seiki tv manual. 8899 didn't work for me but maybe it can on your set.

I have no sound I tried everything the mute button turn off cc I don't see anything for speakers

U can try unplugging and resetting the set. If that does not do it, then the tuner section of set is fubar.

Sounds like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. First thing I would think of is check the mute button on the remote, other then that you may have to take to a repair shop.
