Basically there is a grease on the inside of the film on the fuser, the film is a grey colour the orange roller is what is called the pressure roller. what has happened the grease has worn out. you can get buy one from this site which i have used many times

this is the grease you will need but i couldnt find a site that sold the grease on its own.

Try this first... use manual...The issue may be resolved by completely resetting the printer (ensuring it didn't believe a page was already partially loaded) and then running an automatic print head alignment.

You need to replace ink, try to buy complete set of ink and replace it, if same problem in printing, try run self test print if default test page print in complete color, or else there’s problem with your print head.

The only way to clear the message is to wait until the the display shows XXXX Toner Out, then change the cartridge and the message will clear itself.
