Epson Stylus cx3200 wont print good.
You're jets are pretty much shot. Have you recently used generic ink or used ink that has sat for a while? I had almost the same model and bought my ink in bulk not thinking about it and same thing occurred. Time to upgrade to a new printer...sorry.

Red light keeps flashing and wont print
You should see an accompanying error message on the display panel but if not then try removing and refuiiting the ink cartridges.
This is a common problem with compatible cartridges where the chip on the cartridge is faulty, missing or is not making contact correctly with the printer cartridge connectors. The first thing to do is make sure that the plastic seal has been removed from the chip and that it is free of any residual adhesive etc. You can clean this with a cotton bud soaked in isopropyl alcohol or VCR tape head cleaner. DO NOT USE SURGICAL SPIRIT or any other cleanser as this will either leave a residue itself or damage the plastics and rubbers in the printer.
Once cleaned reinsert the cartridge and try again. If this is still unsuccessful the best solution is to return the cartridges to the vendor where you bought them and get another brand of cartridges or use genuine original cartridges. When you find a reliable manufacturer of cartridges, stay with them. Don’t forget to clean the print head and realign & recalibrate the printer at every cartridge change for optimum results. Also make sure that you use high quality paper for the best images

Trying to install my epson stylus cx3200 to my HP
If I knew what software you have, I would have had instruction for your too
Go to the web site below and download and install
Twain Driver ver 3.04 for Vista and the Printer Driver version 6.5 or 5.5 for Vista
The Twain Driver ver 3.04is number 5 down the list for both 32-bit and 64-bit Vista
If
your computer is 64 bit, and that is what I thought your computer was,
because you have home premium. Then you need number 4 down the list. It
be number 5 if you have 32-bit Vista.
The printer driver version 6.5 is number 4 down the list
www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/.../supDetail.jsp?oid
When you go to that web site you'll see a tab Support and Driver-select tab
Next select All in One-view all
and then a meun will display and select your printer model and just follow the steps To the file to download above.

Letters are not aligned
It's possible that your printer has soiled alignment strips/wheels that are throwing out it's spacial awareness.
If you open the printer lid and check for a clear plastic strip (with fine black lines inked on it) at the back of the printer you may notice that one or more parts are soiled with some ink, dust or are worn away. If it's the latter you could have problems but usually something like this comes down to a bit of dust and ink smearing so a gentle (emphasis on GENTLE here!) cleaning should remove the crud and get you back up and running again.
Can't remember if there's a similar disk/wheel on the Epson models as there are in HP officejets so I'd advise looking carefully for other possible soiling, etc...
Hopefully that will help a bit though..
Best of luck
Martin
