Try this to clean the rollers:

Put in blank sheets of paper in then print out from microsoft word a blank document.

This should clean the rollers. Also, there might be special cleaning sheets that you can purchase from Epson.

I would uninstall all versions of the printer and reboot the PC. Check that no remnants of the printer software are left on the PC and then re-install the printer. Use the CD that came with the printer when installing.

one or more of the cartridges will most probably be out of ink, make sure all cartridges contain at least a 3rd of ink and if they do then perform a head clean followed by a nozzle check, if the nozzle check print is not perfect then do another head clean nozzle check & repeat the process until you get a perfect print on the nozzle test pattern. If that is not the issue then I suspect driver corruption and you will need to un install then re install your printer drivers

You need to put a piece of white paper, the same size as your slide on the back of your slide. Your scanner doesn't recognize the edges of the transparancy (it is looking through it), so if you place a white paper on top of your transparancy it wil recognize the edges.

try check the fuse in power supply section/module and ic regulator

unplug it wait 30 sec and plug it back in
