be sure that the lx300+ you are installing is in current setup. it should work if it indicates the the epson lx300+ is the default printer.

No reason to worry, at all!
Loosing the installer disk is not an issue because the drivers for your printer are available for download on this page of the Epson website.

Please select the Operating System that is running on your computer and download the drivers.
Once downloaded, please double-click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen prompts to compete the driver installation.

did you share printer on Main PC ( the PC where are the original drivers )?
Under printer properties, mark "share printer" and apply and ok.

Just switch off your power switch and turn it on again and then press the paper out button for 3 seconds when you hear 1 beep that is the time you can change font using the font button switch and choose the font that want by pressing it.

As a veteran Epson user, I can usually find out just what Epson offers in the way of drivers for any of their printers, depending upon the version of operating system is requiring printer drivers. This is no exception with the Epson LX 300+.

Unfortunately, Epson only made drivers for the LX 300+ for Windows OS XP and earlier. As of current there are no drivers for PCs with Vista or Windows XP made for the Epson LX 300+.

If you truly need another Epson Impact Printer which is possibly windows compatible, I would recommend visiting the link below in order to find a more Windows 7 comparable model, if there are any.

Here is a website for your printers driver. You will need to check if your computer is a 32 bit or a 64 bit first. You can download both of them although conflicts can occur so I would see which one you have. Google your computers name and model number to find out and include the phrase 32 or 64 bit when doing so

hi...this is catridge problem.

the catridge may be about to finish and the mixing is not properly taking place.
the outlet from the catridge may be blocked so reqired amount of ink is not flowing out from it.

please change the catridge it wil be fine

what OS are you using... if you are using WinXP, you can goto Setting, then Printer and Faxes..then select Add printer and select Epson.. you will be able to find the model on the list.. driver for LQ300 will work but certain font won't be able to be printed.

Dot Matrix printers were never made 'Plug and Play"

You have to hard install them with the driver disk, most setups for dot Matrix can be downloaded from epson and the L300 is definitely there in support download drivers

Try to check your printerhead it could be damage due to over use or old printerhead. Just replace your printerhead to print it normal.

1st You download Printer Driver. Epson LX Printer Driver After this install the Printer driver in the system.
Installation of Printer Driver

• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install.
