your printer head has probably failed try calibrating if it wont run a calibration then you might need to take it in for service if it is a newer printer. otherwise depending on the brand and the age of the machine it might be simpler to replace it

check cartridge connector.

So I think your problem is with your carriage, looking for someone who can get the problem, but most likely, your printer will no longer be repaired. And do not know ifyou can get spare parts.

If you had to push the tray up hard, it could just be that the sensor is now mis-aligned and not detecting the draw is closed. You can check the voltages from the sensor to determine if the sensor is switching. You may have to do a clean and wick on the cartridges. Please Follow the Below Steps: Take 2 Paper Towels one should be Damped with Luke Warm Water and the other one should be Dry.Take the Cartridges out of the Printer and on the bottom of the cartridges where you have the ink coming out of place the Damped Paper Towel on It and Remove it, Do the Same Procedure thrice.Once thats done, Place the Dry Paper Towel in the same mentioned way. Try to Print.Good Luck!!!!!!!
