Take out RAM and re-insert one stick. Try to power on after this. If you have some thermal paste, also remove, clean and refit the CPU.

I supose you should test the capasitors one by one.

if the capacitors arent flat they are possibly bad note in the picture the blue / black capacitors are flat. the black orange capacitors all seem bad. the two are bad for sure.

Most of the times beeping at the start up refers at problems with the memory. So try starting your computer with 1 memory stick at a time, placed at the slot near the CPU (usually marked as DIMM 1) to find out memory error.

It;s probably just your onboard video that has gone bad. You can put a video card in the system, then make sure you disable the onboard video in your system bios at startup.

Check PowerSupplyUnit and carefully examine motherboard for bad capasitors: badcaps.com

Hi, this type of error alert is most often related to RAM chip failure.
If you have more than one chip, swap them around or try to boot using 1st one chip then the other to identify the faulty one.
Replace this and all will be ok.

What i have understand that u r Motherboard getting the power supply but i want to know that is u r SMPS power supply fan rotating or not if no then u have to change the SMPS if it is ratating then u have check the power switch in u CPU cabinate is that power switch wire properly connected to the motherboard if it is connected then check wether it is connected in right place or not i hope this information will going to help you.
