Hi there,If the tv is still under warranty, this can be repaired at no charge.However, if not under warranty, you will need to have the CAPACITORS on the main power supply circuit board tested (or replaced).The capacitors responsible for the power supply can sometimes fail - open the back panel. i have tv samsung model samsung lcd tv model la32c400...when you open the power on. they have a raster but it is hung .up...and then we open again the power booton on pwer it is have only light display ...and also based side have small line ruster only 3cm....what cause this and problem the t-conn....has fixed already in lcd or disposable .....what is the solution on this parblem......some help.....plssss txt me 09991375154 thank u.....
