Where is fuse located

It can be located at the main power supply regulator board. You have to open the TV to access it. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

Www sanyoctv com

8 out of 10 times this would be because the power supply failed due to a power surge. 1 out of 10 times it would be because the main board got a surge through, say, antenna input and got fried. 1 out of 10 times this would be totally unrelated failure to the lightning that could have happened for whatever other random reason, but would still be one of the two failures mentioned above, just for a differnet reason. The power supply board for DP32640 should be PWB.POWER.N8LF and goes for about $29 on eBay right now. I'd give it a try if I were you. Before you do that you may want to test your own power board. Search at http://blog.coppelltvrepair.com for power board testing - it won't have yours, but it will have others and the principle is going to be pretty much the same as with most 32'' and even 40'' LCD TVs. Hope this helps!

Keeps reseting itself

Dude check your A/V or HDMI cables or whatever you use. HDMI cables can be tricky. Make sure that the different shades of color are matched up exactly. Ex: make sure light blue isn't plugged into the dark blue slot. it may not appear as if it matters but trust me it does.
