Usually caused by flat batteries

Make sure the ink roller has not dried out and is inserted correctly. If it is ok, the printer is probably faulty. These tiny printers do not last more than a couple of years under normal use.

Usually caused by the rubber perishing on the print wheels or the hammer mechanism failing. These printers don't last a long time. They are very cheap for a reason. You could try cleaning the rubber print wheels but normally, the whole printer would be replaced
