R52 operating system not found
You have set up the computer BIOS to boot from the network card. That means the BIOS starts up the network card which goes out on a company LAN to look for the operating system
If you did this by mistake while playing in the BIOS then you can go into the BIOS , usually by pressing F2 when you first turn the computer on, and going to boot menu and picking your hard drive.
If you bought the laptop the way it is, then it probably doesn't have an OS on the hard drive and may not have a hard drive at all.
If you came by this laptop by illegal means then I am chuckling at your misfortune.
Arrow keys/mouse cick on screen
This means your browser is losing focus as the top window everytime you load a new page. So it could be something as innocent as some broken Javascript or something more nefarious. All I can advise is the standard:
Install all OS updates.
Download and run Ccleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. Both come in free versions that are very capable.
I need to clear my Bios Password for My IBM Thinkpad R52
OK, I posted this the other day, so for the benefit of those who missed it. "None" of these techniques will work on the R52, as it has a different chip. The above well intentioned solutions mentioned above will work with older models but not this machine as the bios chip has been changed. FYI
Sound driver 2887

My computer has 3 beeps followed by 4 beeps and it
Sounds like a bios error code. If you have a store brand PC like HP, Dell, Gateway there will be a section describing the beep codes, some manufacturers also have a series of 4 led lights on the back of the PC that correspond to different problems. Have you recently added RAM or other components to your PC?
Boot
restart and HOLD the keys CTRL or FN + f11 or f12 for BOOT and try it. God bless you
