1-800-706-2534 option 1". They have a processing fee for this, but the results from my own digging around for scanned MT-series keyboard manuals indicate that the 210 model is a hard-find, so calling Casio's toll-free line is the easiest option for you right now.Hope you find it!
How to set the tax
Hi,
To set the tax rate, follow the steps below.
- Put the Casio in 'Print mode'
- Press the 'CA' button
- Press and hold the 'Set/%' button for about 3 seconds
- Enter the Tax rate
- Press the 'Tax+' button
- Press the 'Set/%' button

Casio Keyboard CTK700 The sound does not sustain
sustain is typcially a product of the sound you have chosen, If you have a sustain pedal you can sustain any sound. you may also have some choices on the switches that allow special sustain, but I dont own a casio keyboard (I have yamaha) but they are nearly the same in operation. The easiest way to get controllable sustain is by plugging in a sustain pedal
How do you change the
- Press the AC button
- Press the % button and hold for around 2 seconds until the word "SET" appears on the display.
- Press the TAX+ button it will then display what ever setting is current for Tax. Most defaults are set at 5%. Simply put in the % you want.
- Press the AC button again
- Test by putting in100 and then pressing the TAX+ button

It sounds like the organ and the computer's speakers power source is on the same circuit. I would suggest purchasing a outlet strip that has noise reduction/surge protection, and plugging the speakers power source into it.
