There seems to be a short inside, the picture

hi the question is not quite clear, what is the problem and what kind of symptoms are you having exactly, what kind of problems is the mouse having? from what you told me it sounds like there is a hardware fault in the machine and it would require repairs at a professional, possibly the mainboard would need to be replaced but im afraid that is in most cases too costly to even consider since a new machine will cost you around the same price as the mainboard replacement would.

Wery dim screen. On external VDA display all ok.

This means your backlight has gone out on your lcd screen. Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to get a replacement LCD screen. It is a fairly easy process to replace the screen, however if you do not feel comfortable doing it you should always consult a professional.

Good Luck,

My computer won't wake up after going into

HI, i suggest you unplugged your system from the AC outlet and leave for sometime to rest, power it on back after few minutes and put on your system.

Doing this will help wake your system up from hibernation.

I wish you best of luck.

My screen is sideways

First try pressing CTRL+ALT+Right Arrow. This should rotate your screen 180 degrees each time you press it. The other arrows move it in other directions.

If this doesn't work you can usually rotate it using your video card software such as the Nvidia or ATI control panel.

If this helps please vote for my solution.

It says

Make sure you do not have a floppy diskette, CD or DVD inserted, or a USB drive plugged in. If the error continues, either your hard drive has a loose connection, has lost data, or has stopped working entirely.
You would need to remove it and put it in a USB enclosure and plug it into another computer for testing, or take it to an expert. Sorry. Best of luck.

Built in wireless card will not connect

I have had the same issue. Geek Squad diagnosed as a conflict between the wirelss card and the motherboard. HP acknowledges this is the problem. HP has had this same issue with other laptops and has extended warranty and replaced motherboards free of charge; however they refuse to stand behind this model because "they haven't had enough complaints yet". Maybe if more people let them know of the problem they will stand behind their defective product.

Thermal sensing eror ibm r40

Sorry to say, unless you are a hands on kind of person and can fix it yourself, the thermal sensor is malfunctioning and the only fix is to have it repaired by an authorized dealer.*********** board and CPU have these installed in certain spots to monitor temperatures. I hope this helps and good luck!
