it should be on your recovery disk that came with computer when it was bought new if you dont have that disk try windows update to fine it

The 1802 error is ussually caused by an "unsupported" wireless card being installed. check out this site for a fix that has worked for me on a couple Thinkpads (including the one I'm writing this message on) to allow unsopported wifi cards to work.

Try doing a hard reboot.

Unplug AC and remove battery.
Press and hold POWER for 30 seconds.
Plug in AC.
Turn on.
Upon bootup insert battery.

If this does not work I regret to say the graphics card is busted.
