beneath the freezer usualy installed timer and a fan look for a hidden screw on the sides...check the fan bushing f its lose or has a clearance change it f not check for the timer if its busted...replace.. becareful...electric shock can kill

Several problems can cause this. It may be "stuck" in the defrost cycle, the compressor start device could have failed, the temp control system could have failed, evap fan could be bad and not circulating cold air, or worst case is the sealed system has leaked all the refrigerant out. Post again with more info like: Is the compressor running? Are there any fans running? Does the temp control turn the compressor off and on? It never hurts to unplug the unit for a few minutes and then plug it back in to see if it will kick over and run again. We'll have to go back and forth with some troubleshooting to narrow it down.

Defrost it. The ice acts as an insulator and confuses the temperature sensor. Also make sure the fan inside is running and it should also run a defrost cycle every 24 hours.. If that doesn't fix it, you need a service call.
