try using a differnt video player, the one you are using has been modified to zoom using it's internal controls, if you can find those you can change the settings to view them the way you want. otherwise. again, try a differnt viewer for movies.

The first thing to check is the SD card to make sure that the lock latch tab is not missing. The second thing is the lock latch sensor in the camera. IF you remove the SD card a lot, the sensor can break or bend and it could be lost in the camera or have fallen out.
