How do I transfer my photos to my computer it won't work now
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa (
http://picasa.google.com ).

All cameras have a format card option, this will remove all pictures from your camera.
Unsupported card error
Hello,
This may be related with the sd card reader in the camera. It's pins doesn't make a perfect contact with the ones on the sd card. In order for your camera to recognise the card only 4 pins can be connected. However in this case the camera will give you this error because it can't acces the card (send information to it or receive) because of the missing pins. It will only recognise it as a card.
The camera must be dissasembled and the card slot needs to be checked out for 2 things. One is that it makes perfect contact when a card is inserted, the other is that it gives you the right voltage to the card in order to power up correctly. When it will be checked with a voltmeter it will need to show up some 3.8 - 5.8 volts on some pins (i guess pin 3 and pin 7). These check need to be done in a service center, because dissasembling the camera yourself can result in other problems most often damaging the lens unit wich is a very delicate mechanism.
Good luck and please reply if you need more info.
My camera wont turn on
I had the same problem, here is how I fixed it: Make sure batteries are fully charged, Open the cover of memory compartment, the red LED is flashing, it means that there is a reading error. I reset the camera (under the output connection cover), took off the memory chip, and replaced with a spare one, then it powered on and prompt to date/time set up. Let me know if this works for you.
