Yes and no. You will have to tune your clarifier and you should be able to tune out the loud am signal and hear it unless a person on the am side is 1k or more off. If you are streaming music or video, it is the signal cutting out due to Internet connection issues. If it is music from your phone, then it can only be two things 1. the earbuds are too far away from the phone. Try moving the phone closer, or move it to the other side of your body. The receiver is only in one ear bud. 2. they are faulty. Return them under warranty.

scramblepad Mar 08, 2021 Delete Local Police,some fire and Ambulance, Sheriff and State Police have switched to digital mode which this scanner does not have the capabilities of decoding. To check to see if it works grab a family radio and have the scanner in search mode in the 460 mhz band. Start talking or keep the family radio transmitting until the scanner stops on the channel and talk to see if you hear anything. Another very active band is the ham radio band on 2 meters [ 144.000 - 148.000 . Scan that band and I am sure you will get activity. Very active is the APRS [automatic packet reporting system ] frequency of 144.390 which will sound like a bunch of buzzing tones because it is not voice but data and you can decode it. Another active part of the ham band is 146.520 which is the calling frequency. Fire / rescue seem to use both digital and analog, in my area analog is used 70% of the time. Why the weather band does not work is a bad sign. You should be able to get at least 1 channel. Try to search the 162.00 - 163.00 band. If you get nothing you may have a bad antenna,cable or a bad connector or all 3. You can check the antenna cable with a ohm meter to see if their is no shorts or opens. Measuring across the commutator opposites is a rough check - if each pair has the same resistance it is probably good but even then there are no guarantees. I have never seen the armature resistance stated for any motor though that doesn't mean such figures don't exist. It would seem logical that each pair should be isolated but that generally is not how the armature is wired and each commutator segment is the termination of two coils. In reality there is only three ways to test an armature - either build it into a motor and see if it performs ok, use an automated motor fault analysis machine or one of the dedicated armature testers such as an armature growler.

If you're referring to the 200bt portable speaker set, this isnt possible. Car stereos are only designed for input over bluetooth not output. Now if it really important to you, you can use a line level adapter to tap into the rear speakers of your vehicle, take that output and plug it into your speakers with an aux cord, or if you have an after market radio you can use RCA cables and a jack adapter to do the same. If you must bluetooth (eg. out of vehicle operation of speakers) buy a cheap bluetooth output adapter (shark makes one) use a small cigarette lighter inverter to power it, and then you can plug your aux jack into it and bluetooth to a speaker set outside of the car. If you use this in conjunction with the speakers car there will be a delay between those speakers and your bluetooth speakers.
