Good question, well constructed, a real fault report.
I would say from you fault description that maybe there is a dry joint / loose connection somewhere in the system.
So check all your wiring / connections.
Put the amp back into 2 ch mode and check each ch with the same source and load, do it both cold, and then drive the amp and do it hot do the shake test on both ch, cold and hot.
maybe this will help id the faulty area, if both ch have fault the it might be the psu as this is common to both sides.
If you can track down the fault to a or b then you can resolder all the connections on the board, if you are not happy with taking the lid off then take your amp with your test report to a tech, the test results may save you time and money.

if you're using the receiver as a preamp, you'll need a low level output on the receiver which tracks with the volume control on the receiver. Some receivers have "preamp out" jacks which are tracked with the volume control on your receiver. This is what you're supposed to use. However, if you don't have this feature, you can use the headphone jack on your receiver. This is what I do with my amp and it works great!
How do I change to degree mode on my porpo YH-2000
- Power Off: Turn off the device.
- Jumper Configuration: Locate the jumper labeled "S16" on the device. Initially, it should be connected to pins 2 and 3.
- Power On (Alarm+All LEDs Flashing): Turn the device back on. You'll see the alarm LED and all other LEDs flashing.
- Power Off Again: Turn off the device once more.
- Jumper Adjustment: Change the jumper configuration from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2.
- Finished: Your Porpo YH-2000 is now set to the desired angular unit mode.
If you encounter any issues, you can press the reset switch on the back of the device to reinitialize it.

Claim on the warranty irrespective of how long you have had them. They charge $180 but they cost them $20 to buy from China. Package them up and send them tracked and ask them to replace the batteries.

My roadking rk4000 wont charge. I turn it off to charge it but there is no indicator light at all, any suggestions?
Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first.
But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it. Then turn it back on and see what happens. If you can, test the charging cable on aother device. If you have another type C charging cable, try it, just to eliminate a bad cable. If these suggestions don't work, you may try the manufacturer's customer support.
