Contact the maker. It is likely that the buzzer sounder has failed, or the power to it. You say you "looked at the wiring diagram", I couldn't find one. I guess you meant the 'circuit board'.

Check the physical button: Make sure that the PTT button is not stuck or damaged in any way.
Check for software updates: Make sure that your device has the latest software updates installed.
Check for interference: Make sure that your device is not too close to other electronic devices that may be causing interference.
Check the programming: Make sure that the device is properly programmed with the correct settings, including the correct channels and frequencies.
Check if the device is in a low power mode, if so, switch it to high power mode.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a professional technician for further assistance.

If your FT-747GX is not transmitting when you press the PTT button, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the settings: Make sure that the transmitter is set to the correct frequency, mode, and power level. Also, check that the mic gain and RF power settings are adjusted correctly.
Check the antenna connection: Make sure that the antenna is properly connected to the radio and that there are no loose connections.
Check the power supply: Make sure that the radio is receiving adequate power and that the power supply is functioning properly.
Check for software updates: Make sure that your device has the latest software updates installed.
Check for interference: Make sure that your device is not too close to other electronic devices that may be causing interference.
Check the values of the voltage on the main board, as you mentioned, the values of 4.5 and 0 for RX and 0 and 1.4 on TX, it could be possible that one of them is too low or high, which can cause the issue.
Check the PTT switch, and make sure that it is working properly and not stuck.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a professional technician for further assistance. It's recommended to check the user manual of your device before trying any of the above steps, as the process of troubleshooting a transmitter can vary depending on the model and manufacturer.
The wiring code for an RD104E microphone to a DNT Strato 1 Din 8 Pin radio will vary depending on the specific models and manufacturers. It's recommended to check the user manual or the technical specifications of the microphone and the radio to find the correct wiring code.
Here is a general wiring code for RD104E Microphone to 8 pin DIN connector:
Pin 1 - Audio Pin 2 - PTT (Push to Talk) Pin 3 - N/C (No Connection) Pin 4 - N/C (No Connection) Pin 5 - N/C (No Connection) Pin 6 - N/C (No Connection) Pin 7 - Ground Pin 8 - +V (Power)
Keep in mind that this wiring code is a general one, and it may not work for your specific microphone and radio. So, it is highly recommended to check the user manual or the technical specifications of the microphone and the radio to find the correct wiring code.
Also, it's important to make sure that the voltage and amperage requirements of the microphone are compatible with the radio's power supply.

There are 2 adjustments for the S meter on a Connex cx-33. SV1 and SV2. The thing about setting that meter is you need to have an accurate RF generator the can ouput -93 dBm
Have you tried going into the blue tooth section of the phone to see if it can 'see' the signal from the earbuds? Some earbuds need to be put into 'pairing mode' to connect. The most common method used is to press and hold the power button down, Press and hold the power button. Do not release the button for at least 5 seconds. You should hear the start up tone and then another separate tone. This is the earth buds going into pairing mode. You phone should then be able to find and pair to the earbuds.
