You may have difficulty obtaining drivers for 64 bit operating systems. There may not one available yet. Contact the manufacturer's website to see if there are updated drivers ready for download. If there aren't any listed, then your grabber will only work on 32 bit systems.

does this device have a model number ? With the vague information I suspect it is made by empia technology and has a model number like em 2880 . see http://www.empiatech.com/wp/download-2/

There may be a 64 bit driver on their web site. If not , then it will never work on a 64 bit computer.
