At this level of charge their is not enough to start the boot process , if it doesn't charge at all their may be a fault with the Battery cell , however i had a similar issue, just leave it for a while, if their is still no indication that its charging or it wont turn on their could also be a problem with the Start Button

I think you have a corrupted program, maybe a virus. I would do a factory reset to the original programs out of the box

The problem may be a frayed wire inside the charger cable right at the connector, or the charger jack may be worn or have a cracked solder connection. If it charges reliably with a different cable (such as a USB cable connected to the computer, it is probably the charger cable. If it has to be wiggled to get it to charge with a known good cable, then the charger jack should be replaced. This requires an expert technician; the solder connections are very small, and the circuitry requires special handling because it is easily damaged by static electricity.

Could be a bad cable, bad power supply or bad the micro usb port? Just a thought.

The option to keep the display bright is not found under settings in the Android app, but under the font settings. If you tap the centre of your screen whilst reading your book the icons will appear at the top of your screen. Click the font size icon, and a drop down list of settings will appear. The one at the bottom deals with brightness.

Some talk back modes will not allow passwords. It is a security thing. I'm not sure about yours, but that is probably the issue.

Maybe you should stop sending them from your tablet to your phone. Do you have some text forwarding feature activated?

It strikes me that there is a system error and you need to take it in to a Samsung dealer or contact Samsung.com for repairs.

Usually when the device stops accessing the email server it is not getting access. Have you changed you email password and not updated the account in the tablet? If not then just delete the account in the tab and reassign the account in the tab. Make sure it is syncing. Settings>accounts>select account>sync (at top of page).
