well the deafalt code is 12345 if you changed it go to http://www.unlockyourphone.com/forgot code/nokia100/RECOVER.exedownload nokia 100 recovery.exe and enter imei + phone number and u will be texted the code

Contact your service provider even though you have inserted the sim it is possible that in there system the sim is different and will need to be set.
