Try the powerboard, found it here on this site by searching the model. Be careful about removing the back cover after you unplug the tv and i would suggest using different cups to collect the different screws from each section. A beeping sound normally indicates that the amplifier is low on battery. Normally, battery replacement will fix it.

To have it fixed, you may want to contat Polaris in Australia, they distribute Jabra headsets. They will be able to help you in terms of service. Also, in the warranty card, there should be an information on how to go about the warranty.
