You need to boot into windows safe mode, in win 10 hold down the shift key while selecting restart under the start button, in win 7 after bootup immediately select the F8 key and start windows in safe mode. Hi Gregorio, you will need to state what operating system you are using to answer more clearly. If you are using WinXP, Vista or Win7, right click om 'My Computer" then "Manage" then "Disk Manager". Select the disk and right click on the open space, "Create Partition" and Format. Hope that helps.

Turn off power and remove battery pack and make sure it is not plugged in. Remove screws from back panel exposing RAM ports.
