It appears from the Intel support site that the "latest" supported 64bit OS that includes a OS specific BIOS driver update is WinXP Professional x64.

Display driver for windows7 845 motherboard

if u cant find the drivers of your display card for win 7 . than there is another way and that is if u have your win xp display drivers than just go to the control panel open the device manager and there u will find ur display card which have a question mark in front of it means that no drivers are installed double click your display card and click on update drivers and next it will give you two options that u want to do it automatically or manually choose manually and than click on dont search the drivers i will choose the drivers or click include the location on the search and just browse to the folder where u have your xp drivers . if it ask that not verified etc etc than just click continue.thanks

Dont have audio driver for intel 845gv chipset for xp profes

The audio driver for Windows XP Home, and Windows XP Pro, will be the same one for Intel's 845GV motherboard chipset. (Northbridge/Southbridge chipset)

I installed audio driver but speaker is not enable

Which operating system and type of computer Desktop or Laptop ?

If your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers.

Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the

(appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the correct speaker settings.

Click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it

If his does not fix the problem

Click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker. volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar for any further volume control settings you will need to right click on the speaker volume icon system select adjust volume.

Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable).

The speaker plug/outlets is usually at the back of the computer or if its a laptop on the side.

You will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good with no dust as dust causes static electricity.

Clean your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit. Dust causes static to build up in a computer

On the home page you should see a search tab just type in what you are looking for.

Tick in either the all software or windows software box

IE: motherboard name audio driver you might have to try a few times to get it right

for windows 7

Click start right click on computer select properties then device manager scroll to sound and video game controllers if you see a yellow question/exclamation mark or a red X the driver will need to update drivers.

Click start right click on computer select properties then device manager scroll to sound and video if you right click on sound and video then on high definition audio device select update driver software.

Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom taskbar you will see an array of options select

playback devices make sure it has a green tick and the correct speakers are selected

be updated if you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it although

I cant connect to net

you will have to open up your network connections click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red x or a yellow exclamation or question mark ! ? you will need to update or install the driver or it could be firewalled If you are trying to connect through a modem/router you it should have come with a disk then you might have to connect the usb lead to your modem to get a connection then click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question ? exclamation mark ! or a red X right click install drivers the driver might be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service provider or the motherboard disc

click start type cmd press enter you will be in DOS mode

type in ipconfig press enter

I have a intel 845gvsr board, want to replace a

1. Two ram slots.

2.Maximum Amount of ram is 1GB for EACH ram slot.

3.Maximum TOTAL Amount is 2GB, (1GB in each ram slot)
