I would first try checking a few junk yards to see if you can find a new climate control panel, as if you buy them new they are crazy expensive and there is a core charge to go with them, to encourage you to return the old one to them for "Recycling" aka to be re-manufactured. Probably the window regulator. If you're a do-it-yourself person you can save some money. The part is about $200. I got lucky with my MDX. I found a shop that did it for $275.

if you have somebody push the gas a little while you watch the throttle cables (while in park of course, lol) does it move or seem to have a little slack? does it have any slack at all when not having gas pedal pushed and you push on the cable a little with your finger, no harder than your eye when shut. sorry for the poor example. i am not a hyundai driver so I do not know much at all about them but I do know cars. Here is what I found for One-For-All URC 7781 remote codes for Hyundai: 0037, 0865, 0556, 0706, 0860, 0753, 0698,137. I can't find any specific model but generally for Hyundai appliances, those are the codes you can use. There is a universal remote control with "Teach" mode where in you don't have to program or pair. It just automatically controls your appliances.

Please try to put in an ordinary audio CD track and see if this is detected. If yes the optical is working, if not there is no laser scanning and the possibility of the head being faulty is high.
Now certain cleaner disks are not read and so will not be tracked. Hence it might reject but the best is for cleaning manually the laser head eye with a cotton bud very softly and without any pressing of the lens eye after removing the unit -ONLY if there is NO WARRANTY. other wise claim your warranty..
If there is still no result then watch the CD if it spins or tries to spin. If the head unit moves up or down to focus or in and out of the drive, if so the board seems to work correctly and the possibility of the optical head being the suspected fault is closer.
The possibility of the processing board having an error is also high.

The unit has to set in surround mode. There should be a button on the unit that says surround or effect..

Try to do the auto code search option, many universal remotes have this option if you do not have the 3 digit enter code, basically it will cycle through all avaiable codes until the Hyundai react to one. See instuction manual of the remote if it`s available.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it. Then turn it back on and see what happens. If you can, test the charging cable on aother device. If you have another type C charging cable, try it, just to eliminate a bad cable.
