I read this for clearing a code, but you can use it to reset the computer. The code must be locked in to the memory. This issue can either be caused my the alignment or the light function encoder. You'll need to clear this code if it was just a one time glitch. This has to be done in the Service Program Mode. I can't seem to locate the program manual for this model to issue the reset procedure. Normally the Jukebox will have it in it. If it does not, remove the computer control unit and remote the battery for 5 minutes and reinstall it.
