Hi, Try downloading a new book. It should delete after download on it's own. It is like an mp3 player just download new books or music or picture etc... Good luck.

If your phone gets wet. Turn it off immediately and remove the battery. Let it dry out naturally for quite a long period. this can be aided by leaving the back of the case off and the battery out. If an attempt is made to power the player on before it is dry, the probability is that it will short out inside and never work again. There is a phone on the market that will work under water but I can't remember the make.

I had a similar problem with a galaxy Ace. I took it back to CarFoneWarehouse where it was fortunately under guarantee. They sent it away for repair but when it came back it was still doing the same. They gave me a brand new replacement in exchange. So this fault of yours sounds the same. If it's still under warranty or contract, contact the supplier.

When you started your contract, the provider should have sent a text with their settings for your phone to work with them. You have to activate this text to activate those settings. If you check your providers web site you can check what these settings should be. Or you can phone your providers helpline to either resend the text or check your settings with you. Otherwise it could be just a poor signal problem. A great phone signal doesn't mean you will have a good 3G signal.

Is it a wi-fi network? Then try first to reboot your galaxy. If it still doesn't work, try to reboot the router. This solves 99% of these irrational problems.

U be able to take it to Verizon. Theyll plug it up to their computer and transfer everything over I believe

The battery may be flat let it charge up .Or the battery be at fault.

Connect to pc with usb cable and delete from within explorer.

Most likely the phone is frozen. Remove the battery and re-insert it and start again. I take it that yr in a very cold area.....these batteries loose their charge & cannot b recharged till U go 2 warmer climate!!!!

Where are those pictures stored? If you have an SD card in the phone, how old is it? Do you have an SD card reader? You are most likely having the problem because of this card and you should atttempt to remove any pictures on it before going any further. The process to remove the pics means that you have to use a card reader and a computer. When you do that, you can then then restore or format the card and try it in the phone again.
