check if the toner is empty ..check if the drivers are correctly installed ,.....if everything is fine try taking a self test of the printer

In this case unplug the power supply from the Printer........... 1. Open the Printer Cover.......... 2. Remove both the Catridges from the Printer............ 3. Move the Catridge Carrier which holds the catridge from right to left and from left to right for about 10 times............ 4. Try to make a copy without the catridges........If this works and it gives a Blank Page out............ 5. Insert both the catridges turn the printer off and turn it on again........... 6. Now it should work fine........ Good Luck......

How do you have it connected to you PC Ethernet, USB, Parallel cable? Check your connections. I am assuming it is USB since you have no internet connection at home. Go to your printer settings and see what port it is connected to. If it is a USB make sure it points to that connection in the panel.

I would not bother registering because the printer is too old and it will not affect the printer
