Need driver for Fax AIO X7170 scanner jambs
Try Lexmark's website.Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "LexmarkSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the drivers.
My lexmark X7170 Printer Skip line when printing how do fix it
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues with your model:
- On your computer, go to Start menu.
- Go to Programs.
- Go to Lexmark 2600 Series folder.
- Select Lexmark Solution Center.
From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks. Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print cartridge nozzles.

Where can I download the Lexmark Productivity
The Lexmark Productivity Suite can be downloaded from the Lexmark website at
http://bit.ly/fWPweq. Select you operating system > click FILTER > click the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions to complete the installation.
For scanning documents, you will also need to install the Lexmark OCR Scan software on your computer. This is used for scanning documents to PDF files and/or saving multiple pages into one file. The software is only available on the installation disc that came with your computer. If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support for assistance.

Cartridge error code 1203
The
problem could be due to a communication failure between one of the printheads
(cartridges) and the All-In One (AIO) or by a short in one if the printheads. Please follow the steps
below to identify and fix cartridge issues:
- Make sure the printer is on.
- Open the printer cover. The
print cartridge carrier moves and stops at the loading position, unless
the All-In-One is busy. Note: If the carrier does not automatically move
to the center, turn off the printer or unplug the printer from the power
source and then carefully slide the carrier to the center.
- Remove both cartridges from the
carrier.
- Close the printer cover.
- Re-brick your printer by
pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where the
power cord is plugged in to, and re-plug after 30 seconds.
- When the printer turns on,
reinsert one cartridge first. Close the printer cover and check for any
errors.
- If no error appears, reinsert
the other cartridge. Close the printer cover.
- Replace whichever cartridge is
causing the error to appear with a new genuine Lexmark cartridge. Try to
print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
