After 20 mins water temp still not at 150 on my jet-tech 737 dushwasher.

The reason the temperature are going up is the heating system is defective. The thermostat on the booster (rinse) is not satisfied. First thing to verify is the contactor that is activated by the rinse thermostat. Often one of the wires on the contactor will burn.

Please help me, I need

YOur best bet is still the electrician.

However, I would get him to go through the electric diagrams contained in this website. Scroll down to the F-22 model. He will need to check if the model is single or 3 phase mains. It is likely the Earth connection has come loose.

Once you get him there he can also call Jet Tech support (see the phone no. on the website) explaining the problem. They are based in Canada but have a toll free support line.

I hope this helps and you can get back to operations soon. It must be a big inconvenience to your business not being able to get the dishes washed.

Please rate the solution if this helps.

Water to dishwasher not hot enough

The 737 model could run on even lower temperature (80F). Given time, the unit will heat up the water. the trick is to give it time.

That model is made for commercial use, not really for residential. It will not fully drain every cycles. The important thing to keep in mind is to empty the dishwasher (turn it off, pull the stand-pipe out, and drain) every night and left empty. When you want to use the unit, put the plug back in and turn it on, wait 20 to 30 minutes and it should be ready.

Jet tech washer 737 dp

Ouch.

Before you start changing all sort of parts, correct your problem with the wires. You may have to change most of them, depending on how bad the chemical burned tru them.

A good cleaning is required because that soap is going to continue chewing on those wires.

You're right about a short causing other component failure. But first repair those wires

Water temperature is not hot enough

the heater in the unit is supposed to heat both the wash water and the rinse water.
if it is not, then you have a problem in a controller or an element.
how are you determining the temperature and are you waiting for the unit to signal ready before you test it?

Ready light does not come on and unit continues to heat after cycle complete. Rinse temp stays at 205 F.

Ready light is there to tell you the thermostats have cycled off, rinse temp first and then wash temp after. if the wash temperature is low (below 160F) then we need to look at either the thermostat for wash or the heather is bad. if bot the temperatures are ok then it is just the light that is bad. If the rinse temperature shows 205F on analogue thermometer, a secondary reading is necessary with an external thermometer on the booster it self. These analogs thermometers are not so accurate.

The unit is overflowing and will not drain

for models equipped with a drain pump; verify that the pump is not clogged. if it hums during the fill cycle or rinse cycle then something is lodged inside. If it doesn't then it needs to be replaced. for models without the drain pump; something is interfering with the water flow. when the stand pipe is removed, the tank should empty in about one minute.

Tech manual

Most Jet-Tech dishwashers has one adjustable rinse thermostat and one fixed wash thermostat. The wash thermostat can be substituted with an adjustable thermostat. Location depends on the model. F-18 are located on top. F-22 are located under next to the wash tank. Search by part number or description

No heat from F-14

On the F-14, the booster thermostat must be satisfied. The rinse thermostat must work properly and or the rinse heater. follow the diagram. This kind of troubleshooting is done by qualified technician. Remember to unplug the unit before opening the panels. It could be just a burnt wire on the rinse booster heater connection. . 39986f38-1a20-4562-92ba-c0c84a39bf50.jpg

We purchased a used Jet-tech dishwasher and cannot figure out how to install the detergent dispenser. Are there technicians in the Clinton/KS, MO area who could come out to help us. We run a Bible c

The detergent system on the Jet-Tech machine are all very similar. Near the solenoid valve under the machine, beside the drain connection, there are two wires, one red and one blue. Those wire will run the detergent pump when the machine calls for water. Two tube are attached to the pump. when looking at the pump from the front or clear plastic can be seen, the tube on the left (arrow going up) is connected to the container with the detergent. the tube on the right (arrow down) is connected to the back of the unit to inject the detergent into the tank. Some precaution should be taken to assure that the connections are tight and not leaking. if the tube shows signs of crystals inside, it should be replaced as the detergent as crystallized within. DIO3T131FEUK Integrated dishwasher has power but won't switch on

Check Power Supply: First, ensure that the dishwasher is properly plugged into an outlet. Sometimes vibrations or nearby appliances can cause it to come unplugged. If it's plugged in, test the outlet by connecting a small appliance (like a toaster or blender) to see if it turns on. If it does, move on to the next step. Check Circuit Breaker: Verify if a circuit breaker has tripped. Go to your circuit breaker box and look for any tripped breakers. If you find one, flip it to the "off" position and then back to the "on" position. Test the dishwasher again to see if it powers on. Child Lock or Delayed Start: Some dishwashers have a child-lock feature that prevents accidental starts or changes to the wash cycle. Check your owner's manual for instructions on disabling the child lock or delayed-start features. Ensure that the dishwasher door is securely latched. Reset the Dishwasher: If the dishwasher has power but won't start, it might be stuck between cycles. Allow any drain cycle to run (if applicable), wait for 60 to 90 seconds, and then press the start button once. Unplug the dishwasher for a minute or two, then plug it back in. This can help reset the machine. Refer to the owner's manual for any specific reset procedures. If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to professional repair services or the manufacturer for further assistance.

Karcher Puzzi 100 Spray pressure low

troubleshoot the issue: Spray Nozzle Blockage: Ensure that the spray nozzle is clear and not blocked. Sometimes debris or buildup can obstruct the nozzle, affecting the spray performance. Pump Coil and Circuit Board: The pump coil could be damaged or broken. If it's faulty, the pump won't spray at all. You can check continuity through the coil and verify that the switch is supplying power to the circuit board and, in turn, to the pump. Dry solder joints or a failed smoothing capacitor on the circuit board can also cause issues. Pumps are relatively simple solenoid plunger types, and replacements are available for around £40-£50. If you're not comfortable testing at mains voltages, seek professional assistance. Calcium Buildup and Blockages: Some pumps can be dismantled, allowing you to remove any calcium buildup or blockages. Gently tapping or shaking the pump might get it going. Recirculating a descaler can also help clear buildup without disassembly. Pump Replacement: If the pump is indeed faulty, consider replacing it with a new one. It's advisable to change the circuit board (PCB) as well. If you're unsure about electrical testing, consult an expert. Remember to follow safety precautions when dealing with electrical components. If you're not experienced, seek professional help to avoid any risks. Good luck with resolving the issue! For reference, the Karcher Puzzi 100 is designed for gentle and effective cleaning of small to medium surfaces, especially carpets and upholstery2. Its spray pressure is around 1 bar, and the spray rate is approximately 0.26 gallons per minute. If you need further assistance, consider referring to the Karcher Puzzi 100 user manual.
