You mention two problems, are they both still active? The memory card issue could be a defective card; I've had brand new cards not work a number of times. It could also be a defective card reader in the printer but its more likely the memory card may simply need to be re-formatted. - Save any pictures you may have on the card to your PC if you need to keep them. - Format the card using the camera utilities. Do not use the computer to perform the format. - Try it again. If formatting the card doesn?t do it you might try another card you know works. If it does work in your printer then its probably the card, if not that strongly suggest the printer card reader is at fault. SD cards should be available at just about any department, electronics, or office-supply store.

Please try to print only RED, YELLOW & BLUE pics, and if the problem is still there, then change the Color Cartridge.

As its very new, I think the best thing is to call their customer care as there might be a problem in Color Cartridge.

Have you unplugged the machine and wait a few seconds plug back in?

To clean the cartridge via the operator panel, follow the steps below:

1. Press the Menu button once. The Photo Menu will appear.
2. Press the down arrow until Clean Cartridge (Press SELECT) appears.
3. Press Select to begin the cleaning process.
4. When the page has finished printing, press Stop/Clear to exit the Photo Menu.

However, if you have made several tries already yet cartridges are still not printing properly, it may be time for you to replace those old cartridges with new ones.

the issue that occurs either when a cartridge is bad or the printer cartridge Slot is bad... I would suggest you to try cleaning the copper contacts of the both carts and cart slot in the printer and try again. But if you tried that and it doesn't work just call up their support number and check for replacement.
