here's the solution to enabling fax confirmation:
press the fax button on the printer front panel,the press option 16 or until advanced fax appears.(you can also press the right arrow to get to that option).
press select
push options twice.fax confirmation menu will come on the front panel display.push the right arrow button.
The following options are displayed:
Off - Select this option to receive no confirmation.
Print for all - Select this option to receive confirmation whenever a fax has been sent, whether successfully or not.
Print for errors - Select this option to receive confirmation (an error page) only when a fax has not been sent/received successfully.

here's the solution for setting time on printer display
on the printer control panel,push fax
push options until EDIT DATE/TIME: appears on the printer display
to change the date:
- press select
- use the keypad buttons to enter the date.
Note: If you make an error entering the date, you can use the left arrow button to navigate to the number you entered incorrectly, and then enter your correction.
- press select
To change the time:
Press the right arrow once, and then press Select.
Press 1 for 12-hour time or 2 for 24-hour time.
Use the keypad buttons to enter the time you want your All-In-One to display.
Note: If you make an error entering the time, you can use the left arrow button to navigate to the number you entered incorrectly, and then enter your correction.
Press Select.
If you are using 12-hour time, press 1 for AM or 2 for PM.
Note: If the time is entered incorrectly, the time shown will be the default.
