Lexmark's site only has drivers to Windows Vista. I found a site that SAYS they have a driver package that works thru Windows 8.1. If that is the case, it will probably work for Windows 10. To protect you, I downloaded the file from the site and Virus checked it. It is clean. Choose 32 or 64 bit. The file IS an .EXE self-extracting ZIP file. extracted the files and they are from Lexmark. I don't have your device, sol I can't verify that it IS for Windows 8 or that it will work for Windows 10. Manufacturer calls for 150. It sounds like a scanner hardware problem. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues with your model:

1. On your computer, go to Start menu.
2. Go to Programs.
3. Go to Lexmark 5200 Series folder.
4. Select Lexmark Solution Center / All-In-One Center

From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks. Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print cartridge nozzles.

After printing the test page, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

I am going to tell you what i experienced with this type of issue and maybe you can take this and use this information. Two issues

1: cable
2. printer controller module

what is happending is the computer is not detecting the pritner because one of the two events I listed above (VERY COMMON WITH LEXMARK)

If you look at my name below it i wear a lexmark badge. Why>? Because I have helped a ton of people with there Lexmark issues.

check you cable and if that does not work try and diffrent computer or port if all else fails you got a big huge brick for a printer.
