Hi!
Are you sure you have installed the correct driver for the operating system?
What is the OS version of your computer?
This error usually indicates a wrong driver loaded into the system. You need to have the compatible driver for it to properly work.

I'VE TRIed different keyboards, all are doing
I think this is what is happening: You have stuff running in the background that is interfering with your work.
Do this: in Win XP, choose start>run
In Vista, choose start
In the white space, type msconfig and hit enter
When you get the resulting window, click on the startup tab. Uncheck everything.
Now restart your computer. It will give you a message that your system configuration has changed. Be sure to click the little box on the left that says "don't show this again" or something like that.
Now try typeing.
Does it work? If so, you can go back into msconfig and check the stuff that you need to run on startup (like antivirus software). Check only what you really need.
Good luck.

Keyboard doesn't work in MS word
Hi Friend
I think there might be 2 possible reasons for this problem:
1. There are some user defined macros created which is hampering your keyboard shortcuts.
Do this: Go to Tools -> Macros -> Macros -> Select for user defined macros (Macro1, Macro2, Macro3 and so on- these are user defined macros). ONce you get them, delete them or if they are required, give them some other short cut keys.
or:
Tools - Customise - > Keyboard (button at the bottom). Click on reset and this will reset all buttons.
2. Maybe the keyboard has some problem. You need to show it to a hardware engineer.
Let me know.

The claculator has disappeared. Cannot find it.
go to start run and type in calc.exe to just get it up
alternativly right click on your desktop and go to create a new shortcut...in the location field type calc.exe and this will put it on your desktop - from there you can drag it into your start menu.
