Is There A Way I Can Use This Power Mixer As A Power Amp For My Mixing Board?

There should be a line in for the power amp section, though you may prefer to patch in prior to the eq section so you can equalise the system and the room.

Hi i have peavey xr 8300, with no output. It powers up, but no sound ,only a slght hum from the speakers.

Are you good with replacing surface mount components while wearing 5 to 10 power loupes to see what you are doing? Do you have a controlled heat soldering station, anti static workstation, 100 mhz oscilloscope, audio signal generator, capacitor analyzer, and familiar with reading schematics ??? Do you understand the shock hazards and risk of working on energized audio equipment under test..if so I can start to help you with this repair.

If your Sanpera 1 pedal has suddenly stopped looping on your Peavey Viper 1 amp, it's possible that there's a hardware or internal issue. It's recommended to contact Peavey customer support or a professional technician to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Is there a crossover in the peavey kb 300 the one with the xlr on the front

You mean the KB A300 if it has a Mic input with XLR. No, there is no crossover in it as there is only one 15" speaker and it doesn't need it.

I have no power to my PV10 mixer. It was going fine a few days ago now nothing. Power cord is good and power at wall is good.

The Peavey PV-10 is an unpowered mixer. Simply bypass it with a signal source to troubleshoot its operation. The problem is elsewhere.

I replaced the equalizer circuit board on my Peavey Tour TKO 115. Now I have no power. Any thoughts?

You might have disturbed a connector that feeds power, making it come loose. Turn the unit off unplug it from the mains and recheck all connections on ALL the boards, not just the one you replaced.

Peavey cs400. Plays very low thru speakers and makes humming sound

Either there is a bad ground or the power supply has blown a diode or capacitor.

I have an old Peavey Transfex Pro 212s that spent several years in storage. It's had the battery-less modification. The unit powers on fine but will not output sound past the preamp.

I am thinking what if the power amp has a separate power supply to the pre-amp. If it does then something in that is causing the problem. If it doesn't then it's something on the power amp board. Perhaps a voltage regulator. If the power amp is a single IC job replace it. Another possible cause is if the volume control is done via a single IC. If that has gone it would cause the strange things that are happening. One thing is certain it's something that both channels pass through the device that is faulty or it effects both channels.

How do I troubleshoot this mic?

Check the coil resistance, first on the capsule (unscrew the front screen) and then on the No. 2 and 3 pins on the XLR. Now you know.... Probably your membrane coil went away. That happens, so sorry, but check... Peace-
