ok... so I've now installed this on my new pc that i built... first in order to get it to install at all you must download DirectX 7.0 and right click to "--(edit compatibility settings to windows 98/Me and run as administrator)--" remember this as well be doing it a few times. once you do that install DirectX 7.0 and say yes to all. now that this is installed take the .iso file you have and burn it to a cd or DVD-r, once burned you need to go to my computer and right click on the cd/DVD drive, select open (NOT open autoplay), inside the disc menu i want you to go to 2 files... "setup" and "start" need to also have their compatibility settings changed to the above settings. now that these are set stay in the cd menu and double click "setup" this will take you through the setup procedure. after the setup procedure is finished do not view the notes, and continue back to the desktop. now from your start menu load the game and it should run

Hi Christopher s crisp, Is it blinking Orange or steady? Blinking amber: The Router can't detect the modem. Either the modem is off, is not plugged into the Router, or is unresponsive. It could be the modem. You can try connecting the modem directly to computer bypassing the router and see if that works. Check the LED on Modem. Do you have other computers to test the connection? Might need to talk to ISP if issue with Modem. Let me know. Thanks

Reading the manual Troubleshooting section it looks like your adsl connection is not working. Try unplugging your internet provider's equipment power supply and waiting 10 to 15 seconds. Then plug it back in.If this doesn't work contact your ISP.

try doing the same on another pc. if it happens again then there is a problam with the card/ or maybe with the service provider.

Hope this will help someone else: InWindows' Device Manager (devmgmt.msc), the SXUPTP driver was showing as disabled.Windows gave a warning that the device was known to have stability issues. Ifound out that SXUPTP is a driver from a company called Silex. Silex makesnetwork USB hubs, so I assume that the Belkin hub is a rebranded Silex hub. In order to update the Silex driver follow these steps: 1. Close the Belkin network hub's tray application. 2. Download the latest version of SX Virtual Link(sx-virtual_link_win_3120.zip). 3. Extract all of the files. 4. In Windows Explorer, navigate to sx-virtual_link_win_3120\s-33a3120\Files\Bin\Sxcsapi\WinVistaX64if you are running a 64 bit OS, orsx-virtual_link_win_3120\s-33a3120\Files\Bin\Sxcsapi\WinVista if you arerunning a 32 bit OS. 5. Right-click on "Sxuptp.inf" and select "Install" fromthe menu. The driver will be installed and the warning icon in the device manager shoulddisappear. You may need to reboot for the changes to take effect.

If you don't know your routers password, you will need to press and hold the reset button on the router for about 20 seconds. Then re-configure the router.

You might have a problem then. Don`t think belkin sets a password on their routers, that being said if you have a password then you need to reset the unit back to factory default, Which invo9lves a paperclip, reset button and 30 seconds worth of time holding down the reset button for a slow count of 30.

you can hit the little button on your router as your about to type in a password & it will automatically accept.
