There are a couple of possibilities for this to happen. A likely one has to do with the surface of the disc itself. This could be a fingerprint, scratch, smudge or a hair on the disc. Finalization of discs is usually only needed to allow playing in a home disc player - disc players in computers are almost always able to play discs that have not been finalized without a problem.

If you're unable to finalize in the recorder, try playing the disc in a computer disc drive instead. Copy the disc to a new, blank disc using your computer's disk recorder hardware and software. Finalize options (if you need that done) should be provided at the end of the recording process in your computer.

If you have finalizing issues with ALL of the discs you're using in the recorder - it may be a problem with the recorder. Try using different brands and speed ratings of discs you use - as it may be problem with one of those disc media variables instead of a recorder hardware problem. Most recorder manufacturers maintain a list disc media that has been tested to work satisfactorily with their hardware. Since you didn't provide the name of the device - I couldn't check for you. Google the manufacturer's name and contact them to via phone or web support pages for a list of supported media.

Can you run the camcorder with the charger only? you should have additional cord that allows you to plug into charger directly into the camcorder and run it from the wall outlet bypassing the battery. This is important because it will help me determine the problem.

No . In the screen it will come on Black & white mode only. But when you make it in disk & play on CD player then it will come in color.

To do this, you have to change the lightning mode to night mode.
When it is in this mode, you might notice some slow response and blurry vision on the screen depending on the camera.

If you are looking for a new mains adapter or charger, you can usually find one by searching on Amazon for the model of your camera plus the word "charger". If the camera uses a small lithium battery, there are "Universal" chargers that can be adjusted to fit any of the small batteries used in cameras and phones (though not the really big batteries used in older tape based camcorders).
These are quite cheap, as little as $4 US.

hi,wath i think that is the tape pathern on the camera is different from one to the other, and as
to be adjust and clean the head system,because the traking pulse as to be match for both camera
you will need to see a camera tech because it as to be made with an oscilloscope.

Remove battery/ power source from camcorder for minute, attache battery/ power source to camcorder and check door gets close.
If this does not solve then MiniDV tape mechanism got problem like gear worn out etc and will be replaced by local camera repair shop.
