Possible that the microprocessor stage is not working and is not conveying any display to the unit.
remove the cover and check the 5Volt rail to the mP section. If the voltage is absent check on the 5 volt regulator.
If present and there is no life, then check for oscillatiion of the crystal, might need a CRO to confirm if the mP is working or the clocck signals are present, if data tranfer is present. If not mP is faulty.Take help to confirm and find a source, might be approach Harman Kardon.

The Goldwing CB antenna uses a standard RF coax connector plug. Don't know what the Harman Kardon module uses - I tried researching some sites such as Harley Davidson forums, on which the HK CB is standard. Nothing found re actual antenna socket. Hey there it seems to be a common problem with this model and there have been many complaints about it. Harman are saying that the sound boards are made in China and they are using inferior components. they rekon if ya get in touch with there spare parts department they will send you out a new one.

Will it work with the iPhone at home? If so, check the power source on the boat.

Can be in protected mode. Maybe one output channel is defective and dc goes to the speakers. have speaker wires made short circuit?

This is a hard problem when one is not looking at the speaker. But let me give you a little help if I can.

Try pluging the subwoofer into the speaker port of the Pc
Make sure your pc is turn of.
2) I believe the subwoofer has four jacks at the back.
3) Plug each of the speaker into the jack that says speaker
4)Now, if you are confuse of the in and out, on the subwoofer I understand. I believe you should be from out of the subwoofer to the in of the speaker. again, I cannot see at the back of you subwoofer.Only speaker from exprience.when you are done, turn your pc back on and turn the speaker on. making sure the volum is turn low.
