It;s possible that you may have left the disc open or re-writable. Check this first.
The settings will be located in the software you used to burn the disc. Easiest would be to start a new burn session and read the available settings throughout the window prompts. It may also be located in advanced settings, if you don't find it this way.

If the drive shows up in Windows Explorer (My Computer) then it is being recognised by Windows XP. Put a CD or DVD in to see if works and you can see the files. If you want to burn DVDs then you need additional software to do this.

Update the firmware if a newer one is available.

the dvd drive cannot burn at its full speed
the writing speed depends upon the inserted disc quality and its supporting

it is mainly due to two reasons

1. your operating system don't detect your drive
2. its data or power cable is not properly connected

In the first case, if you are using xp, open my computer, select control panel, click add new hardware icon

1. read and do as follows
2. the computer automatically detect your drive
3. if it don't detect, using manual method and add the drive

In the second case, only do if you are little technical minded

1. open cpu cover
2. check the data and power cables attached to the drive
3. refix the cable some time it may in loose contact
4. replace cable if it may contact problem

DVI video cables don't carry audio. Thus you need to use an audio extractor or converter instead of just an HDMI to DVI adapter cable. Then connect the HDMI to DVI cable to the HDMI out of the converter. Then the audio out to one of the audio connections on the LCD4610-BK. Note: this converter requires you to get the extra HDMI and audio cables separately. Depending on your ROKU device, you might need an HDMI (F to M) adapter to ensure that you aren't blocking other things on the front of the converter. Pentium II (p2) relic, no modern OS run on it the coin cell battery and huge battery are toasted. hdd is bad. it has zero value now, and to fix it will be costly . the CCFL back lamps are dead. what is there to like, sure free in a garage sale. zero value. ,try moving from 1998 to 2010 to gain a future.
