Hi .i don't know this model very well but you could try this , take out battery and sim , wait for about 30 secs then put it back together. If this doesn't work I think you may have to do a factory reset. Go into settings and security and find reset . You won't lose anything but you will have to sign into your Google account to get everything back . Good luck.

Hi first of all go into the settings menu and select my device. Look for the blocking mode and make sure it is turned off if not turn off. That should unblock every thing. I hope this helps
