Hi,

Please check if printer is powered on. Or check the USB cable to computer/server is not loose. Reconnect it and see. If that is a network printer, serach it again with its name or IP address and add again.

Maybe a simple A-B switch, where A would be antenna and B would be satellite or vice versa if I understood your question correctly that is.

It is not possible to assess the extent of damage without examination of the unit. That screen as well as audio functions are inoperative does not bode well. However, it can scarcely hurt to take a stab at the matter. --Well, it won't hurt unless you don't know how to keep from voltage going through you rather than the player. The following links gives you an idea of some of the information available. You can even find links which suggest using superglue to plug out a broken plug. (I doubt that.) As is, it is unclear whether or not your unit is portable. It is usually helpful to search for such information by including brand and model in a search. I suspect you are better off getting another player, however.

You can get it replaced under warranty, if you bought it new. Contact the manufacturer and/or seller, to check their policies.
Typically sellers have a time limit for returns for refund, you may be past that
